Campadre expands and acquire

Campadre, the Nordic region's first and largest shopping club for exclusive brands, acquires the rival Campadre simultaneously signs an agreement with Nelly and becomes the exclusive channel for their shopping club sales. As part of the agreement, Campadre will also be a partner of Qliro Financial Services regarding payment solutions in the Nordic region.

Campadre has increased its sales significantly in recent years as 2016 amounted to around 148 million SEK and at the same time achieving profitability.

- By 2016, we have developed a brand new IT platform and changed logistics partner to improve our offer to our brand suppliers as well as the service to our customers. We are very pleased with the organic growth that, together with the acquisition of, will enable us to reach our goal of SEK 1 billion in 2020, says Stefan von Stein.
